Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

  1. Refund can be requested by any Customer who has paid an advance the company viz. Automin Car Services Private Limited (“Automin”) and if such advance is in excess of the invoice amount or in case of a double payment made by the Customer and received by Automin, if any.
  2. After verification and sign off from the Area Manager, the Refund shall be processed within 3 (three) working days. However, If Automin has started the work on Customer’s vehicle, then Automin shall have the right to deduct the amount spent on parts, consumables and labour.
  3. No refund shall be provided in case the services have already been provided Automin and the payment made by the Customer matches with the invoice amount
  4. For complaints on quality of parts the respective manufacturer warranty shall be applicable and in case of service the defects if any, that may arise will be rectified at no extra cost to the Customer as long as the same is brought to the notice of Automin within 6 months or any period otherwise specified from the date of completion of service 
  5. Any disputes that may arise w.r.t. the refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
